The Christopher Radko Company has been designing and producing fine European glass ornaments for more than 23 years. Headquartered in Gastonia, NC with offices and showrooms nationwide, the company creates giftware and home décor for purchase in over 2,500 stores, including major department stores, independent gift retailers as well as online retail sites.

Beginning as a small antique shop in rural Boyds, Maryland way back in the disco and bell-bottom days of 1979; The Boyds Collection Ltd.® has been making folks laugh and sigh for over 25 years! Today, we're a small bunch of slightly off-center, fun folks working hard (or is that hardly working?) not real far from where we began, near Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, to bring you whimsically unique teddy bears, floppy-eared hares and other friends in the true, old-world teddy making tradition.

It all began more than thirty years ago, when Precious Moments® creator Sam Butcher began drawing the endearing teardrop-eye children he called "Precious Moments" as gifts for family and friends. Today, his Precious Moments artwork is among the most recognized art in the world, sharing messages of loving, caring and sharing with collectors from around the globe.

The enormous popularity of award-winning artist Jim Shore is the result of a lifetime of dedication, inspiration and plain old hard work. And as with most successful people, some good fortune has played a part as well. As Jim puts it, “Art is something I’ve done all my life. It’s what I’ve always loved and the only thing I ever wanted to do. But making a living as an artist isn’t easy. There are thousands of very talented people out there that never get a chance to show what they can do. I’ve been lucky. Not only do I get to do what I love, I get to share it with people around the world. I’ve been given a tremendous gift and I thank God for it every day.”
